What we collect: Name, phone, optional email and experience level — only when you submit a form.
Why: Only to contact you about your request, based on your consent.
Aggregate site statistics: We count daily page views by page, device category and broad traffic source for up to 90 days, without storing IP, identity, email, phone or session IDs. These are page views, not unique people.
Meta Pixel and tracking controls: When enabled, Meta Pixel measures public page views and successfully saved enquiries without passing customer names, form details, emails or phone numbers as event parameters. The company relies on its existing consent process rather than a second popup. You can opt out or re-enable Meta tracking in the footer, and browser opt-out signals are respected. Meta may process visit data and cookies under its policies.
Tracking: Form campaign codes (UTM) are stored only with separate consent. Consent to contact is not consent to Meta Pixel.
On your device: Form drafts are kept temporarily for the current session only; identity documents are never stored in the browser.
Your rights: You can request access to or deletion of your data by email.
